Your clients can provide a report of their medical history, symptoms (physical, mood, behavioural, social), daily activities, and quality of life via their own secure online profile, and invite up to 3 people to provide their perspective through an online questionnaire.
With the option to complete this in advance of the assessment with you, you can review background information in advance, focus your clinical interview on specific areas, and achieve significant time savings and efficiency in your clinical workflow.
